Daily Gifts of Grace (Book Review)

Daily Gifts of Grace (devotions for each day of your year) is a beautifully bound devotional. The cover alone should grab your attention. But, since we should not judge a book by its cover, here's my review. The book is written by a collection of authors. The contributors are mostly from the Women of Faith conferences. If you've attended any of these wonderful events you will recognize many of the writers. Sandi Patty, Shelia Walsh, Patsy Clairmont, and Luci Swindoll are just a few. The book is divided into 365 short devotionals. Each day is address with the month and date, but not the day or year, so you can reuse to give the book away after your year is up. Each day has a title, a Bible verse, and a devotional. Most of the entries are uplifting an thought provoking. There is humor on some days and deep thoughts on others. I would highly recommend this book for anyone women in your life. The down side would be that the entries are not very long or in depth. However you can use the Bible verses listed to go deeper on your own.
Daily Gifts of Grace was given to me for review by Booksneeze.com and I was not compensated in any other way.
